Privacy Policy
This policy describes what the Vibe marketing site collects and what happens to it. It covers this website only. Data handling inside the Vibe app on Telegram is governed by a separate document.
What the site does not collect
There are no forms, sign-ups, comments or enquiry widgets on this site. We never ask for your name, phone number, email or anything else you could type in. The only action here is a link into Telegram.
Analytics and cookies
If you accept in the banner, the site loads Yandex Metrica (Yandex LLC). It stores cookies and collects information about your visit: pages viewed, time on site, referrer, device and browser type, and an approximate region derived from your IP address. Until you accept, Metrica does not load and no cookies are set.
Session recording (Webvisor)
Metrica is enabled together with Webvisor, which records your visit as it appeared on screen: cursor movement, scrolling, clicks, window resizing and movement between pages. The recording can be replayed later as a video. This site has no forms or input fields, so a recording contains nothing you have typed. Recordings are held on Yandex servers and are used only to see where a visitor runs into difficulty. Webvisor is covered by the same consent as Metrica and does not run until you have given it.
Withdrawing consent
The “Cookie settings” link in the footer reopens the banner, where you can change your decision at any time. A refusal is remembered and honoured on later visits. When you decline we delete the Metrica cookies set on our own domain (_ym_uid, _ym_d, _ym_isad, _ym_visorc). Cookies set on Yandex’s own domains cannot be deleted from here — they belong to another domain and are governed by your browser’s settings and by Yandex.
Server logs
The web server keeps technical access logs. IP addresses in them are anonymised — the last octet is discarded before the line is written. They are kept for 14 days and then deleted. Logs are used only for diagnostics and protection against attacks.
Sharing
Before you accept, the site loads nothing from external domains — fonts, images, scripts and the QR code are all served from our own server. After you accept, your visit data and Webvisor recordings are processed by Yandex LLC as the operator of Yandex Metrica, on servers located in Russia. The Metrica tag also attempts to match your identifier with advertising networks. Those requests are blocked by this site’s security policy, so nothing reaches anyone but Yandex.
Your rights
You can withdraw analytics consent at any time through the "Cookie settings" link in the footer. For any question about data handling, reach us through the Vibe app in Telegram.
